Sales and Trading's (S&T) main function is to provide full-service brokerage to retail and institutional investors, both foreign and local in
 
the secondary market. Through SES Company Limited, which is wholly owned by Union Capital, the latter has seats on both the Dhaka and Chittagong stock exchanges. In relation to primary marker transactions, S&T provides CFIB clients with global and domestic distribution capabilities. S&T acts as a conduit between the issuer of securities and investors.
