Barrister Mohammad Mashiur Rahman
Barrister Mohammad Mashiur Rahman, is a practicing Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and a distinguished legal academic. Since his enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council in 2008, he has built an accomplished career that combines courtroom practice, academic instruction, and professional training. He is currently a Partner at Jurists’ Consortium, a reputed law firm in Bangladesh.
Barrister Rahman has served as an External Examiner and Lecturer at the University of Dhaka. He is presently the Director of the Master of Laws in Human Rights (MHRL) Program and a faculty member at Dhaka International University. In addition, he regularly conducts training and instructional sessions for law enforcement officers and legal professionals, including at the Police Staff College, Bangladesh Police Academy, and various universities.
He has published several articles in national and international research journals. Known for his dynamic approach to legal practice, Barrister Rahman is recognized for embracing challenging legal issues both inside and outside the courtroom.
Barrister Mohammad Mashiur Rahman has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Union Capital Limited with effect from 25 June 2026.
