Mr. Mohammad Salah Uddin Pallab is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 18 years of experience across diverse industries. He joined Union Capital Limited in 2016 and has since been contributing to the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives. Prior to joining UCL, he held key positions at several reputed organizations, including ICB Islamic Bank Limited, Beacon Pharmaceuticals Limited, Omicon Group, and Technology & Business Solutions.
Mr. Pallab completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from Dhaka College, followed by an MBA in Human Resource Management from the American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB). He further enriched his professional credentials by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) and a Human Resources Management Competency (HRMC) certification from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. In addition, he earned a Master’s in Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM) from the Department of Management, University of Dhaka.
He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the Institute of Human Resources Management Professional® (USA) and a Certified Key Performance Indicator Specialist (CKPIS) accredited by the Cambridge Academy of Professionals (UK) and the World Academy for Research and Development (UK). Mr. Pallab’s areas of expertise include General HR Operations, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Training & Development, Performance Management Systems, and Policy & Process Development. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in numerous training programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences on Human Resource Management, both locally and internationally.
